Security Trust Company is now STC
Effective immediately, Security Trust Company Inc’s corporate name will change to STC, Inc. Internally, we have referred to our company as STC for many years and many of our clients do so as well. To clarify and simplify communications, it makes good business sense to make STC our official corporate name.
This is a change in name only. Our senior management team will remain the same, as will all our client services. Clients will continue to have direct access to Client Operations and Services Managers, Holly Blubaugh and Sue Snyder, respectively. Chief Operating Officer, Mick Hersh, continues to oversee client account setup and transaction funding while ensuring compliance with IRS and ERISA guidelines. President and CEO, John Laughlin, reviews complex transactions and assists clients in structuring multi-party transactions.
Clients can expect the same exceptional level of customer service they are accustomed to: assistance with client account documents and prompt account setup, staff availability to discuss details of transactions, online access to their accounts, prompt review for regulatory compliance, and timely funding of transactions.
